Chef Pavel Hasenohrl starts work before the sun rises. Every loaf, every pastry, every dessert — made from scratch using non-GMO, unbleached, preservative-free flour and only the finest all-natural ingredients.
What began as a European bakery tradition has grown into something special: a warm gathering place by day, and an intimate Restaurant by evening, bringing the authentic flavours of Central Europe to the heart of Bradenton.

Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm. Roasted duck, schnitzel, stroganoff and more — made from scratch by Chef Pavel.

Hailing from the Czech Republic, Chef Pavel brings decades of European culinary tradition to Bradenton. A master baker and trained chef, he applies the same dedication to a morning sourdough as to an evening pork shank — everything made from scratch, nothing from a box.
Together with his team, Chef Pavel has built Cremesh into one of Bradenton's most beloved neighbourhood institutions.
